We explain repair and replacement options in plain language. When a request involves building-controlled equipment or connected security systems, the scope needs to account for the people responsible for those systems as well as the hardware itself.
A clear scope before work begins
Tell us what happened and what you want to achieve. We use the door, lock or vehicle details to clarify the request, discuss the proposed work and identify what needs checking on site. The estimate should make hardware, labor and any additional charges understandable before you authorize the job.
Once the work is complete, the relevant keys, locking functions and agreed access features should be tested with the person using them. The details matter: an entrance should work as a whole, not simply have a new component fitted to it.
